LADERA RANCH, CA - MBK Homes has announced plans to build a new neighborhood of 69 single-family homes in Ladera Ranch. SylvanOaks at Ladera Ranch will present a charming collection of three floorplans each offered in three distinctive elevations. The result will be an attractive collection featuring several architectural choices for homebuyers. Homes are expected to debut in September 2002.
