RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CA--April 25, 2002--MBK Homes is now preparing to open the sales center for its new neighborhood, Serrano at Rancho Etiwanda. Pre-sales are anticipated to begin early June 2002.

Located in the foothills of Rancho Cucamonga, Serrano will offer homebuyers a choice of four floorplan designs measuring approximately 2,862 to 3,787 square feet in size with up to five bedrooms, three baths and four-car tandem garages. Architectural styles include Ranch, Country, Bungalow, Santa Barbara and San Juan.

The Serrano sales center will allow homebuyers to preview floorplan and architectural designs as well as receive preliminary pricing for the homes before the neighborhood's official model grand opening this summer.

Since announcing plans to introduce a family-friendly collection of homes in Rancho Etiwanda, MBK Homes has received a positive response from potential homebuyers and the Serrano interest list continues to grow.

Plan Two, Larkspur, will be available with two different entry variations: a front entry and a side entry. Measuring approximately 3,156 square feet in size, this home will feature three bedrooms, two baths and powder room, den, loft and three-car attached garage. Options include fourth bedroom with full bath, fifth bedroom and master retreat.

Plan Three, Heliotrope, will encompass approximately 3,227 square feet of space and will feature three bedrooms, two baths and powder room, den, loft and three-car attached garage. Options will include fourth bedroom and fifth bedroom with full bath.

Plan Four, Stellaria, will be Serrano's largest home measuring approximately 3,787 square feet in size. It will feature four bedrooms, two baths and powder room, den, loft and four-car tandem garage. Available option will include a fifth bedroom with full bath, fifth bedroom suite with full bath, sixth bedroom and super family room.

Serrano at Rancho Etiwanda will be located in the city of Rancho Cucamonga.
