IRVINE, CA - Expressing their high level of satisfaction with MBK Homes, actual home buyers have ranked the company #1 in the nation in surveys conducted by Eliant, the nation's foremost consumer research company catering exclusively to the new home industry. In addition, MBK Homes was ranked #1 in four of the six categories.

MBK Homes received the highest key measures score of 96.7% as well as the top individual scores for purchase/sales experience, construction experience, home occupancy experience (walk-through, home readiness and customer service), and installation and workmanship. The results were based on Eliant's June 2009 surveys of hundreds of buyers who closed homes between December 2008 and May 2009 from scores of builders across the county, and it was the third consecutive month that MBK Homes ranked #1 in purchase/sales experience, home readiness, customer service and installation and workmanship. In addition, in Eliant's surveys of homeowners who have lived in their home for one year, MBK Homes is ranked #1 in 15 out of 29 categories-more than any other builder.

In announcing the latest results, Eliant CEO Bob Mirman said, "It pleases me to see MBK at the top again...and I am not surprised. It is easy for me to believe that they deserve this #1 ranking because I know how much importance MBK Homes places on delivering an extraordinary experience to every customer. In my 25 years of working with homebuilders, MBK is one of the most consistent in providing home buyers with an incredible purchase and ownership experience."

"Earning such a strong vote of confidence from our customers and from a respected industry leader like Bob Mirman is very gratifying to us," stated Tim Kane, president of MBK Homes. "It means that we are meeting our goal of building happiness throughout the entire home-buying process, and it encourages us to continue striving for excellence."
