IRVINE, CA - January 8, 2003 - MBK Homes has been ranked #1 in overall customer satisfaction in Southern California by National Survey Systems move-in surveys. The organization also recognized the company's sales staff as ranking #1 in the region for the same period, the six months ending September 30, 2002. The 'overall customer satisfaction' category of the survey is a compilation of all other voting categories, including sales, construction, loan and closing, customer service and quality of workmanship.
